About this Position

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Perform Life Cycle Support Analysis, RAM, RCM, PTD, Tech Manual, PMS and Training data, for contract deliverables in accordance with contract requirements. Analyze and generate provisioning documentation utilizing validations, drawings and other project specific software. This may include the Provisioning Parts List (PPL), Engineer Data for Provisioners (EDFP), Ship List Provisioning Parts List (SLPPL), Statement of Prior Submission (SPS), and Allowance Parts List (APL).
• Ability to lead and conduct shipboard validation in support of Configuration Management.
• Implement and monitor within the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) project schedule development, schedule analysis, budget cost analysis and reporting.
• Establish and maintain subcontractor management in regards to cost and schedule and oversee technical review and coordination of subcontractor deliverables.
• Must be knowledgeable in expediting of Maritime Sustainment data, evaluation of subcontractor and vendor data, Logistic Support Analysis techniques.
• Complete the functions within Configuration Management which may include the Configuration Status Accounting (CSA) and validation.
• Assist in program specific data entries such as BAAN, ICAPS, CDMD-OA, and ROMIS in an as needed capacity.
• Support the tech manual effort with Adobe writing, submission, and validation.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• 10 years of experience preferred

 

SKILLS:

• Must be knowledgeable in expediting of Maritime Sustainment data, evaluation of subcontractor and vendor data, Logistic Support Analysis techniques.
