About this Position

Professional Analysis Inc. (PAI) is seeking qualified applicants for a Business Process Analyst position in support of Marine Corps Logistics Command requirements in Albany, GA.

This Business Process Analyst position will provide assistance to the MFSC (S8) CSP Business Branch in Program Level Support.

Specific Program Level Support duties include:
• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) in all related areas in support of the MFSC (S8) CSP Business Branch business operations.
• Interface with MFSC (S8) CSP government leadership to assist in the development, execution and support of MFSC/CSP business processes, policies, methodologies, desktop guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs), to facilitate enterprise level worldwide operations
• Assist in the business oversight of third party logistics contract requirements
• Coordinate overall MFSC S8/CSP daily business operations
• Assist in the administration and development of contracts such as market research, formatting and quality assurance, adherence to policy, assist in and or prepare/present briefings and presentation materials, collect data and develop metrics as required
• Assist in any task assigned by the MFSC (S8)/CSP in support of business management or related functions
• Support government leadership in the business management of projects, conduct GAP analysis by incorporating Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) strategies, and providing recommendations to government managers
• Track and control scope of work, resource utilization, schedules, and work accomplishments as assigned
• Assist in the development of training plans to standardize BPN’s within MFSC/CSP as applicable
• Assist the Deputy Program Manager with presentations and training plans as required for business process solutions
• Develop and provides briefs for/to executive level management as required.

• Prior military experience desired with USMC operational logistics and/or Business Process leadership experience strongly preferred
• Existing or the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance is required

Education and experience requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area (e.g., Business Management, Information Technology, Project Management, Mathematics/Statistics, Industrial & Organizational Psychology)
• 6 years of experience in any combination of Business Management, Information Technology or Project Management
• 2 years of demonstrated leadership experience
• Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Green belt, or 3 years of demonstrated analytical, and organizational skills
• At least an intermediate level of proficiency with MS office applications to include Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• The education and experience requirement listed above shall be the leading paragraph on the first page of the resume.

Preferred skills:
• Strong written and oral communications skills, to include public speaking.
• Experience with Power Bi and Lists
• Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines and prioritize appropriately
