About this Position

Professional Analysis, Inc. (PAI) is seeking a Sr. Logistics Analyst (Site Lead) to provide an on-site Equipment Receiving and Distribution Team (ERDT) Program capability that supports and coordinates the Initial Issue and Provisioning functions at the Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF), Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC), Marine Corps Forces Reserve (MARFORRES), and MARCORLOGCOM.  The work to be performed under this contract will be performed at the following sites: MARFORSOC-West Camp Pendleton, CA, and MARFORSOC-East, Camp Lejeune, NC.  Positions are contingent upon award of contract.

General Experience: 
Experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the site lead, co-located with supported customers, i.e. MARSOC East and MARSOC West.  Experience should demonstrate:
• Ability to analyze problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions
• Ability to plan and organize work; and
• Communicate effectively orally and in writing
• Knowledge of laws, policies, regulations and precedents applicable to logistics planning and program execution/sustainment.

Specialized Experience:
• Possess 5 years of successful experience receiving, account for, and issuing materiel at organizational activities, managing the day-to-day functional operations and activities of a contractor work force supporting the receiving, accounting for, and issuing materiel at organizational activities
• Possess in-depth experience to conduct operational planning and execution of inventory management, distribution assistance, stock positioning, and sourcing
• Possess expert knowledge of current APSRs as it relates to managing supply and maintenance transactions
• Possess expert knowledge of Document Management File (DASF) functionality and management
• Possess expert knowledge of Recoverable Item Report (WIR) procedures for materiel return to depot level repair or disposal
• Possess expert knowledge of Warehouse functionality and management
• Possess in-depth working knowledge of organizational fiscal requirements and functions
• Possess experience providing technical advice and instruction to personnel in Supply Chain and Logistical management as it relates to a Government organization.

Candidates must be a U.S. citizen.

Candidates must have a minimum security clearance of SECRET.
