About this Position

Professional Analysis, Inc. (PAI) is seeking Logistics Analysts to provide an on-site Equipment Receiving and Distribution Team (ERDT) Program capability that supports and coordinates the Initial Issue and Provisioning functions at the Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF), Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC), Marine Corps Forces Reserve (MARFORRES), and MARCORLOGCOM.  The work to be performed under this contract will be performed at the following sites: I MEF, Camp Pendleton, CA; II MEF, Camp Lejeune, NC; III MEF, MCB Camp Kinser, Okinawa, Japan; III MEF, MCBH, Kaneohe Bay, HI; and, MARFORRES HQ, New Orleans, LA; and, MARCORLOGCOM Albany, GA.  Positions are contingent upon award of contract.

General Experience: 
Experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the site lead, co-located with supported customers.  Experience should demonstrate:
• Ability to analyze problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions
• Ability to plan and organize work; and
• Communicate effectively orally and in writing
• Knowledge of laws, policies, regulations and precedents applicable to logistics planning and program execution/sustainment.

Specialized Experience:
• Possess 3 years or more of experience receiving, account for, and issuing materiel at organizational activities, managing the day-to-day functional operations supporting the receiving, accounting for, and issuing materiel at organizational activities
• Possess detailed experience in conducting inventory management, distribution assistance, stock positioning, and materiel sourcing
• Possess detailed knowledge of current APSRs as it relates to managing supply and maintenance transactions at an organization
• Possess detailed knowledge of current APSR infrastructure with the demonstrated ability to extract data from informational technologies, i.e. GCSS, TFMS, FedLog, etc.
• Possess detailed knowledge of Document Management File (DASF) functionality and management
• Possess detailed knowledge of Recoverable Item Report (WIR) procedures for materiel return to depot level repair or disposal
• Possess detailed knowledge of Warehouse functionality and management
• Possess detailed working knowledge of organizational fiscal requirements and functions
• Possess detailed experience providing technical advice and instruction to personnel in Supply Chain and Logistical management as it relates to an organization.

Candidates must be a U.S. citizen.

Candidates must have a minimum security clearance of SECRET.
