About this Position

Professional Analysis, Inc. (PAI) is seeking a Requirements Analyst to support the NAVFAC Expeditionary Programs Office (NEPO) Table of Allowance (TOA) Division located at the Washington Navy Yard.  The TOA team provides quantitative and qualitative assessments to Expeditionary Navy commands.

Overview of Responsibilities
Successful candidate will directly support TOA development by ensuring sufficiency of operational requirements data throughout the development process.  Various analytic methods are to be employed in order to ensure delivery of a capability that meets intended mission performance to the operational end user.  Utilizing MS Excel to assess requirements by creating and modifying formulas, applying logic statements, conditional formatting, pivot tables, and statistical analysis.  Preparing MS PowerPoint presentations and briefing results of a post independent analytic process.  The position requires frequent interaction with government customers to prepare them for TOA development conferences.  Specific training will be provided regarding internal processes.  Some travel is required up to 25% of the time.

Required qualifications:
• Demonstrated technical experience supporting a DoD Program Office and the Defense Acquisition System
• Familiarity of DoD 5000 series guidance and CJCSI 3170 Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS)
• 4 or more years’ experience
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint

Desired qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a management, business, engineering, or logistics field is preferred
• Knowledge of Navy material identification requirements (ref NAVSUP P485) or DoD/DLA material identification in lieu of Navy specific knowledge
• DAWIA Program Management, Life Cycle Logistics, or Engineering Level II certification or industry equivalent is preferred
• Experience working with MS Access is a plus

Some travel is required up to 25%.
