About this Position

Professional Analysis Inc. (PAI) is seeking a Strategic Planning Analyst to support Marine Corps Logistics Command in Albany, GA. This effort will provide on-site logistics support, coordination, Continuous Process Improvement (CPI), and strategic logistics planning services for the Marine Corps.

 

Qualifications:

  • Ability to analyze problems in order to gather pertinent data and provide recognize solutions.
  • Knowledge of laws, policies, and regulations applicable to logistics planning and program execution for the Marine Corps.
  • Knowledge in the administrative processes and documentation requirements of logistics program execution/sustainment.
  • Five (5) years of demonstrated experience working with Marine Corps wholesale and retail logistics activities in Reparable/Consumable support.
  • Possess expert facilitation and strategic planning skills.
  • Possess detailed knowledge and insight into Logistics Commands management and organizational structure for Ground Equipment Secondary Items Management.
  • Experience leading strategic process re-engineering and development efforts.
  • Detailed knowledge of Logistics Commands performance management framework for evaluating the effectiveness of Products & Services.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide training to employees, development of curriculum & materials, and classroom instruction to include specific training to launch re-engineered processes.
  • Detailed knowledge and experience with Logistics Commands framework and concept for planning and execution in the following areas:
    • Strategic Planning
    • Metric Management
    • Comprehensive Inventory Management Improvement Plan (CIMIP)
    • SECREP Working Integrated Process Team (WIPT)
    • Demand Forecasting
    • Allowance Setting
    • Backorder Management
    • Coordinated Consumables Management (SCID)
    • SECREP Indenture Structure
    • Secondary Reparable total Allowance Re-Computation Tool (START)
    • Global Combat Support Systems-Marine Corps (GCSS-MC) functionality and integration
    • SECREP Wholesale Pricing

Education Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in related field- Business Administration, Logistics Management, Statistics
