About this Position

Professional Analysis, Inc. (PAI) is seeking a Task Order Project Manager for the Marine Force Storage Center (MFSC) Integrated Logistics and Distribution Support program.  The Project Manager ensures the support of such areas as the care of supplies in storage, inventory managements and control, serialization, general warehousing, storage, tactical vehicle maintenance, kitting, marking and labeling equipment (i.e. pRFID tagging, IUID tagging, etc.), and distribution of Marine Corps Principle End Items (PEIs).  The Task Order Project Manager will report to the Program Manager or Program Director.  Position is contingent upon award of contract.

Specific Tasks Include:
• The Task Order Project Manager shall be responsible for the overall performance of work on this contract and will have full authority to act for the contractor in all matters relating this the performance of the contract
• Plan and advise employees on work operations and execute mission projects
• Plan, organize and instruct contractor personnel on supply and administrative functions, work techniques, and procedures
• Determine and monitor contractor personnel requirements, establish work priorities, organize work schedules, assign duties, and instruct office, and packing/warehouse personnel on special requirements and high priority workloads
• Assist in the investigation and determination of cause for lost, damaged, and destroyed supply items
• Manage the inventory management process for storage and distribution actions associated with a Marine Corps wholesale distribution operation
• Provide recommendations for increased manpower requirements due to changes to the storage, maintenance, distribution operation
• Provide a daily material requirement list to the government shop supervisor to support the tactical vehicle movement, operation, handling and warehousing function.  Required material includes all safety items, tools, towing attachments/devices, dunnage, blocking/bracing, vehicle tarps, drip pans, stenciling equipment, and air compressors
• Review and prioritize work requests, shipping documents, material release and movement orders based on required delivery dates, lot and contract number, special handling, destination and type of storage or shipment.

Requirements for This Position Include:
• Shall have 10 years’ experience managing Marine Corps/Navy logistics operations
• Shall possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Supply Chain, or an equivalent combination of experience and education
• Shall possess 4 years of Project Management/ Contract Management experience
• Must possess a good working knowledge of the following programs:
  o Global Combat Support System Marine Corps (GCSS MC)
  o Joint Container Management (JCM)
  o Automated Manifest System-TACTICAL II (AMS-TAC II)
  o Integrated Data Environment/ Global Transportation Network Convergence (IGC)
  o Joint Operation Planning and Execution Systems (JOPES)
  o MAGTF Deployment Support System II (MDSS II)
  o Defense Transportation Regulations
  o MS Office Business Suite
  o Single Mobility System (SMS)
  o Integrated Booking System (IBS)
  o Joint Force Requirement Generator (JFRG II)
  o Integrated Computerized Deployment System (ICODES)
• Preferred qualifications include:
  o PMP from PMI or equivalent DAWAI certification
  o Experience managing a large and diverse workforce
  o Marine Corps logistics background
