About this Position

PAI is seeking a Process Documentation Specialist in support of the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division’s Property Management and Corporate Business Operations Support Contract. The Process Documentation Specialist will provide direct supporting assistance to the Program Manager with Program Level Support to Carderock Division. They will serve as a member of the team and provide support in all related areas utilizing government owned, contractor operated information technology software and Innoslate to meet program/contractual product requirements. They will interface with the government team members to assist in the development, execution and support of the development of business process models in accordance with customer requirements. They will provide technical and functional documentation solutions to support organizations, units, and/or departments, in order to meet the customers’ requirements and command initiatives. Using Innsolate software, the Process Documentation Specialist shall monitor, maintain and trace those processes directly related to functional and physical elements of a system model, source documents, test plans, and other requirements. The Process Documentation Specialist shall also monitor system relationships generated within the hierarchy of the data streams by utilizing and managing those algorithms that are part of the requirements for quality, clarity, completeness, and more. They will improve and establish policies, methodologies, and standing operating procedures (SOPs) to facilitate enterprise level worldwide operations and assist in the business oversight of contract requirements and daily business operations. They will assist in any task assigned by the customer in support of business management solutions or functions. They will track and control scope of work, resource utilization, schedules, and work accomplishments as assigned. 

Desired qualifications include:

  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in the field of either Business Administration or Engineering.
  • Possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in the facilitation and production of executive level documentation related to executive level support.
  • Possess a minimum of 4 years project management experience.
  • Possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the development of enterprise level documentation for business process knowledge transfer.
  • Possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the application of system models.
  • Must be able to demonstrate experience with the use of Innoslate systems engineering software for modeling.
  • Possess a strong skill set within Innoslate's intuitive LML, SysML, IDEF, and DoDAF modeling software.
  • Demonstrate the use of highly developed oral and written communication skills and the operation of collaboration tools and Microsoft office products to support Business Process documentation and modeling.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively to achieve objectives.
  • Possess excellent written and oral communications skills, to include public speaking and project lead narration.
  • A strong Intermediate level of proficiency with MS office applications to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is required.
  • A Secret Clearance is required.
