Configuration Management

PAI has extensive configuration management (CM) experience within the Navy, including extensive acquisition and life cycle efforts, development of CM databases, CM Plans, Configuration Control Board (CCB) Charters, Physical Configuration Audit (PCA) Plans and Planning Yard Plans.  We have supported Technical Scope Reviews (TSRs), CCBs, PCAs and other CM related evolutions as well as developed Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and Headquarters Modification Requests (HMRs) and maintained master copies of contract specifications.

Our extensive experience with CM ensures that large technical undertakings are maintained, reliable, and free of defects.
