PAI was founded on April 1, 2003 with the initial PAI employees all working on site with the Navy at the Washington Navy Yard. Our customer focus remains strong.
PAI is a Veteran-Owned Small Business comprising over 400 program managers, logisticians, engineers, financial analysts, and IT professionals supporting mission-critical US Government requirements around the world. Our vision is to provide senior-led, strategically screened personnel for right-fit placement, with the goal of providing genuine value and support to our customers.

As of November 2020, 68% of PAI personnel are military veterans. As such, they understand the real world implications of government contracting and can provide overall leadership with more meaningful, immediate and long lasting assistance to our customers and employees.
Since 2016 PAI has grown 325%, expanding into new markets and extending our support globally. We are constantly in search of new talent and avenues of further growth opportunities for existing employees.
