About this Position

PAI is seeking a full-time Principal Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) Analyst IV to provide Coordinated Secondary Reparable (SECREP) Management and Strategic Logistics Services to the Marine Corps Logistics Command (MARCORLOGCOM) in Albany, GA.  The successful candidate will have, at a minimum, the following experience and capabilities:

Minimum Experience and Qualifications:

  • 10-12 years of experience leading process improvement efforts across a broad range of logistical assignments
  • 5-6 years of process improvement experience working with military wholesale and retail logistics activities in reparable/consumable support
  • 5-6 years of utilizing statistical methods and models to optimize effectiveness and efficiency of supply chain processes
  • Master's Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Logistics Management, Statistics, etc.)
  • Valid, current Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification, possessed for at least five consecutive years
  • Prior uniformed military experience strongly preferred
  • This position requires a current Department of Defense SECRET clearance

  • Ability to apply relative knowledge to analyze problems and identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize and apply solutions
  • Ability to plan and organize work to successfully perform complex tasks
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently communicate (both written and orally) with personnel of various statuses and ranks
  • Ability to apply knowledge of applicable laws, policies, regulations, precedents, administrative processes, and documentation requirements to logistics planning and program execution/sustainment
