Professional Analysis, Inc. is currently soliciting applications for the position of Inventory Manager, located in the Cherry Point, North Carolina area to serve on our Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime Contract contingent on award.

The Inventory Manager will be responsible for overseeing the inventory operations of Government-owned mission stock.  Direct employees engaged in conducting WMS inventories, researching inventory discrepancies, and documenting gains and losses through causative research, performing denial research, and item data maintenance. 

Job Responsibilities:
•  Ensure the inventory integrity of the Government-owned mission stock meets the Acceptable Performance Levels (APLs) outlined in the contract.
•  Plan the use of subordinate workers, equipment, facilities, and materials based on projected workload on a weekly or monthly basis. 
•  Establish deadlines, priorities, and work sequences IAW general work schedules, methods, and policies established by the Site Manager and/or Alternate Site Manager.
• Redirect workers and resources to accomplish unanticipated work and to accommodate daily workload fluctuations.
• Conducts planning of current and future work schedules, providing workload data, estimates, information on staffing needs, and recommendations as to the scheduling of projected work
• Ensure work is done properly and efficiently IAW the terms and condition of the contract.

Required:
• Experience shall include a minimum three (3) years of experience in inventory using WMS or equivalent automated WMS within the past five (5) years.
• U.S. Citizen
• Must be able to obtain a security clearance

Preferred:
• Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Certified Inventory Management Specialist (CIMS)
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management).
