Quality Control Manager
Professional Analysis, Inc. is currently soliciting applications for the position of Quality Control Manager, located in Cherry Point, North Carolina to serve on our Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime Contract (contingent on award).

The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) processes in a warehouse environment to ensure that products, services, and processes meet established standards and regulatory requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage quality program planning and evaluation to identify and resolve quality issues
• Provide technical advisory services on evaluation systems, data analytics and establish quality control procedures
• Perform quality control surveillance over processes and procedures to ensure contract compliance.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
• Train employees on quality standards and procedures.
• Maintain detailed documentation and reports on quality metrics.
• Oversee corrective actions and process improvements.
Required:
• Expert knowledge on DSS/WMS and other quality management systems
• Experience with audit procedures
• 3 years of experience in the Quality Control field
• Experience with ISO 9001 standards
• U.S. Citizen
• Must be able to obtain a security clearance
Preferred:
• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
• Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)
• Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt, Black Belt)
• Project Management Certification (PMP)
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or Business).
