About this Position
PAI is seeking a full-time Regional Manager (RM) supporting the Pacific Region / III MEF consolidated storage program equipment warehousing requirements in Okinawa, Japan and Iwakuni (Yamaguchi Prefecture), Japan.

This RM support is part of the Marine Force Storage Command’s regional sustainment authority in direct support to the US Marine Corps Logistics Command force support requirements. Based in Okinawa Japan, the RM will serve as one of the primary points of contact with our government customer for warehouse inventory management and accountability.
Note: The RMs have been re-designated (formerly RPMs) to align communication, authority, and structure with the Government Regional Logistics Management Specialists and the Technical Services Contractor Regional Managers. This is to support DoD and USMC requirements in physical inventory and accountability.
RM Duties / Expectations:
• Function as a Program Manager (PM) in their respective regions in the absence of the PM.
• Make decisions as "acting PM” in the PM’s absence.
• Exercise full decision-making authority for contractor, regional and site specific activities.
• Exercise professional flexibility when supporting Fleet Marine Forces or other authorized Consolidated Storage Point customers.
• Travel up to 25% of the year (CONUS/OCONUS)
Minimum Experience and Qualifications:
• SECRET security clearance (interim or final)
• Bachelor’s degree from a US accredited college or university in a relevant area is preferred (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Information Technology, Project Management)
• (In lieu of degree, may substitute at least 15 years of experience in any combination of supply chain management, business management, information technology, or logistics management experience.)
• 8 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management (SCM) or Warehouse Management (WM)
• 5 years of demonstrated leadership
• 2 years of IT experience related to Logistics, SCM or WM
• Knowledge of Marine Corps organizational structure, processes and procedures
