OASIS Plus (One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus) is the General Services Administration’s (GSA) next-generation multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle designed to provide federal agencies with a streamlined and flexible procurement solution for complex professional services. It serves as the follow-on to the original OASIS contract and expands its scope by covering a broader range of services, including program management, management consulting, engineering, scientific, research and development (R&D), logistics, and financial services across various industries and government missions.
OASIS Plus is structured to support both commercial and non-commercial requirements, offering agencies access to highly qualified contractors while promoting competition and small business participation. The contract vehicle accommodates different socioeconomic categories and contract types, including fixed-price, cost-reimbursement, time-and-materials, and hybrid structures, giving agencies the flexibility to meet diverse mission needs efficiently. With an emphasis on long-term solutions, innovation, and best-value procurement, OASIS Plus simplifies the acquisition of professional services by consolidating multiple contract vehicles into a single, standardized framework, thereby improving efficiency, reducing administrative burden, and enhancing government-wide access to top-tier expertise and industry-leading solutions.
