Overview

SeaPort-NxG (Next Generation) is the U.S. Navy’s primary contract vehicle for acquiring professional services, including engineering, technical, program management, and other support services essential to maintaining and improving mission readiness. It is a multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract that streamlines procurement by allowing various Navy commands, including the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR, now NAVWAR), and others, to efficiently acquire services through a competitive and flexible contracting mechanism.

SeaPort-NxG enables the Navy to access a broad pool of contractors that provide expertise in system engineering, software development, logistics, financial analysis, cybersecurity, and more, ensuring rapid and cost-effective solutions.
