Professional Analysis, LLC (PAI) is seeking a Business Analyst (Lead – Integration) for the Enterprise SECREP Program (ESP) for assistance with Retail Maintenance, Retail Sourcing and Business Analytics for Marine Corps Equipment. This position provides analytics support of Marine Corps Logistics Command requirements in Albany, GA. Work must be performed on site in Albany, GA.
The Business Analyst will lead efforts to analyze, integrate, and optimize supply chain processes supporting Secondary Repairables (SECREPs) across the Marine Corps. This role provides strategic recommendations, supports change management, and ensures compliance with applicable laws, policies, and regulations. The position requires close collaboration with government stakeholders, with a focus on enhancing SECREP management at both wholesale and retail levels and delivering solutions in challenging operational and fiscal environments.
JOB FUNCTION AND DUTIES:
· Analyze supply chain processes and architecture to identify opportunities for integration and process improvement.
· Provide change management support to the government customer to integrate and improve SECREPs and associated supply chains.
· Apply knowledge of laws, policies, regulations, and precedents applicable to logistics planning and program execution/sustainment.
· Develop recommendations for changes to Marine Corps policy that integrate and improve SECREP management and supply chains.
· Develop briefings, documents, and other communications related to SECREP integration and supply chain improvement.
· Facilitate meetings or conferences for integration and improvement in SECREPs and supply chains.
· Perform additional tasks typical of or related to the work of a Lead Business Analyst in SECREP logistics and integration.
EXPERIENCE, CAPABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
· Minimum of five to six (5-6) years in the following:
· Business Analysis of SECREP logistics and/or supply chain requirements and techniques
· Business Analyst experience managing SECREP support programs.
· Military supply experience as it relates to wholesale and retail SECREP management.
· Operating effectively in challenging operational and fiscal environments
CAPABILITIES:
· Analyze enterprise SECREP management challenges to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize/ implement solutions.
· Effectively and efficiently communicate, written and orally, to personnel at various status and rank.
· Plan and organize work to successfully perform complex tasks.
· Deliver complex support requirements in meeting program challenges on time and within budget.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Minimum of a four (4) year course of study in a relevant field leading to a bachelor’s degree, or a combination of successfully completed post-high school education and/or training experiences that meet the total qualification requirements for this position level
· Ability to obtain SECRET Level Security Clearance by Day 1 Ready
· Must be physically located in/around Albany, GA.
