Position Overview: PAI is seeking a Junior Data Analyst to support the Program Executive Office for Aircraft Carriers (PEO Carriers), PMS 312 and PMS 368, by providing analytical support, assessments, reporting, forecasting, and recommendations supporting aircraft carrier lifecycle management activities. This position supports Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), Refueling Complex Overhaul (RCOH), and Inactivation (INACT) programs through the collection, validation, analysis, and reporting of maintenance, logistics, modernization, cost, schedule, readiness, and performance data. The successful candidate will support Government decision-making by helping transform complex program nformation into actionable products and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
• Collect, organize, validate, and maintain maintenance,logistics, modernization, schedule, and program performance data from Government databases and information systems.
• Support lifecycle management analysis related to aircraft carrier sustainment, modernization, logistics readiness, and availability planning.
• Assist with development of reports, dashboards, metrics, forecasts, and analytical products supporting Government stakeholders.
• Support data quality reviews, database maintenance, and validation of information contained within Government systems.
• Assist with analysis of maintenance, logistics, cost, schedule, and readiness information.
• Support preparation of briefings, spreadsheets, charts, reports, and program documentation.
• Perform data entry, database updates, records management, and document reviews.
• Support responses to Government data calls and information requests.
• Coordinate with Government personnel and contractor team members to support program objectives.
Required Qualifications
• 1+ years professional experience supporting data analysis, reporting, logistics, engineering, maintenance, business operations, or related analytical activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Secret Clearance or ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
• Associate degree or Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Logistics, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Experience supporting Navy, Department of Defense, or Federal programs.
• Experience supporting maintenance, logistics, modernization, or lifecycle management activities.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint, or database applications.
• Familiarity with aircraft carrier, shipyard, or maritime environments.
Work Environment
This position is located in the Hampton Roads, VA area and supports PEO Carriers lifecycle management activities for PMS 312 and PMS 368 as part of PAI’s Lifecycle Management Analytics Team.
